Crazy week! Did Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred (it is only slowly getting more tolerable, but still a challenge!) and stayed pretty well on track. Except for one thing...
Flamin Hot Cheetos!!! :-(
Two days ago, I bought a crunchy, delicous bag while at work and I thoroughly enjoyed it. So yummy! My eating style is mostly focused on low glycemic foods and I really don't think cheetos is one of those foods. Oh, man! But I noticed I did not get a terrible headache, like when I ate the airheads I told you about that one time, so I'm very confused. Well, all I do know is that I don't feel up to par, and I'm not going to let Cheetos get in my way! I'll just eat Baked Cheetos. No, I'm just kidding!
Since the beginning of the year, though, I can say that it looks like I have lost inches from all over! That makes me very happy :-) I think setting up an eating schedule will do me wonders of good. Maybe a menu too. That would probably make my life a little more organized and that would be great! Now, time to try to find a way to do this...hmmm, I'll have to work on that for this week!
I think cutting more fats out of my diet will be a good idea too. I've pretty much gotten rid of most of the sugar, so now its time to graduate to lipids. Ok, I can do this. I hope! Just have to keep reminding myself, its all going to pay off... yep, just keep on going.
