I've been doing ok this week. I hit a plateau and decided to take my excersising up to the next level. I picked up Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred and 5 lb weights.
Man, these workouts are truly workouts! Its great! There are 3 levels to go through and I am struggling with just level 1. Its actually hard! I don't really watch the biggest loser much, all I really know is what I hear from others, and I hear she is tuff. And she doesn't let off in her DVD's either, it seems like. Its pretty motivating.
So I hope to see myself getting off this plateau here soon. I recently have been having big sugar cravings to ward off. I haven't eaten a lot of real refined sugar for some time now, but I had two mini airheads last week. They gave me a Huge headache! That's enough motivation to stay away. I have been satisfying the sweet tooth with fruit and sugarless candy, and am doing better.
This week: Workout harder!
